Ideal for couples managing the planning process themselves as well as securing their own suppliers and venue, but want to have a stress-free day so that they too can enjoy every last minute of it.

- Unlimited E-mail & Evening Telephone Conversations with Coordinator
- Informational meeting to gather items and information (contacts, site-plans, general logistics)
- Direct ceremony rehearsal (1.5 hour maximum)
- Up to 10 hours day-of coordination: Set-up and site operations on-site including over-seeing rentals, greeting vendors, set-up of important items for ceremony and reception such as guest table/guest book, stationary and signage
- Coordination of wedding ceremony and reception events
- Point-of-Contact for the entire wedding party, wedding guests and vendors

Ideal for couples who have started planning part of their big day but need help putting everything together.
This package includes:
- The entire “Wish Package” ( Day-of Wedding Coordinating)
- Consultation as early as 6 months before the wedding
- Track Budget & Payment schedule
- Refer and meet with 3 vendors with you (of your choice)
- Verify arrangements with vendors & confirm 1 week prior to wedding
- Suggestions for attire, decor, and stationary
- Develop itinerary and day-of timelines
- Wedding Day Emergency Kit (with anything you should need on your wedding day)

Payment Information
All package options require a 40% deposit. For the “Dream Package”, A second $100 payment is due four months before the wedding . Any remaining balance is due two weeks before the wedding. There are no refunds for unused hours.
